At MOMMYe, we’re dedicated to providing products that support and empower moms through every stage of motherhood. We stand by the quality of our products; however, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@mommye.com. All items eligible for return MUST be unworn with tags attached. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will have entered processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Peace-of-Mind Promise

We believe in the effectiveness of our products and want you to experience the full benefits of MOMMYe. If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days, you can return your order within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, please email hello@mommye.com with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@mommye.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the issue and determine if a free replacement is warranted.

Please note: Damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a defective product. We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs processing, or unexpected delays. If you experience shipping concerns, please reach out directly to the courier for assistance. MOMMYe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If an incorrect address leads to a lost or undelivered package, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
